We've created some guidance below to give you an idea of a typical recruitment process at ZENOS. Please note, this process may change slightly depending on your role, requirements or internal factors. For the most part, you can expect your process to be similar to what we have here and if there are any extra steps or significant changes, your recruiter will always talk you through what to expect.

Introduction Call With Our Internal Recruiter

We'll discuss your interest in the role, your background, and what you hope to achieve. We'll also provide more details about the position and the next steps.

Hiring Manager Interview

This interview will delve into your specific technical abilities and professional background. We'll explore your qualifications in detail and discuss the key responsibilities and expectations of the role.

Tech Challenge

To get a better sense of how you work, we'll give you a small task/project to complete at a time that suits you best. It's a chance for you to show us your skills and how you tackle real-world problems. We think this is a fair way to assess everyone's abilities.

Culture Add Call

You'll meet some of your potential teammates to chat about your skills and how you work with others. It's a good chance to ask questions and see if you'd be a good addition to the team.
